Riha Boutique provides:

  • Maggam, Aari & Zardosi work
  • Bridal & festive wear tailoring
  • Kids & family outfits
  • Alterations & resizing
  • Saree fall, pico & finishing
  • Express delivery tailoring (subject to availability)

All services are provided based on customer requirements and feasibility.

📏 Measurements & Fitting

  • Measurements taken at our boutique are considered final
  • If measurements are shared online, accuracy is the customer’s responsibility
  • Trial fittings (if provided) are meant to confirm comfort and fitting
  • Minor fitting adjustments may be done as per discussion

👉 Once an outfit is approved and delivered, further changes may be chargeable.

🎨 Design References & Custom Work

  • Design images shared (Pinterest, Instagram, photos) are used as references
  • Exact replication may vary depending on fabric, body type, and embroidery feasibility
  • Handwork (maggam, Aari, Zardosi) may have slight natural variations — this is normal and part of handmade work

💰 Pricing & Payments

  • Prices depend on design complexity, fabric, embroidery, and urgency
  • Final pricing is shared before work begins
  • Advance payment may be required for custom or bridal work
  • Express delivery services may have additional charges

⏰ Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines are discussed clearly at the time of booking
  • Express / same-day delivery is subject to workload and feasibility
  • Delays due to customer-side changes or late approvals may affect timelines

🔄 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Custom tailoring work cannot be cancelled once started
  • Refunds are generally not provided for custom-made outfits
  • In rare cases, issues will be handled fairly and professionally

👗 Care & Handling

  • Customers are advised to handle embroidered and designer outfits carefully
  • Riha Boutique is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper washing or handling
