At Riha Boutique, every outfit is carefully crafted to your personal measurements and design preferences. Because of the custom nature of our work, please read this policy carefully.
🧵 Custom Tailoring Policy
All our services involve custom stitching and handmade work.
Therefore:
- Once stitching or embroidery work has started, cancellation is not possible
- Refunds are generally not applicable for custom-made outfits
💵 Advance Payments
- Advance payments may be collected for designer, bridal, or embroidery work
- This confirms your booking and materials allocation
- Advance amounts are non-refundable once work begins
⏰ Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you cancel before stitching begins, we may review the request on a case-by-case basis.
Any refund (if approved) will be at the discretion of Riha Boutique.
👗 Fitting & Alteration Policy
- Trial fittings are provided (if agreed) to ensure comfort and fit
- Minor fitting corrections are included if reported immediately
- Major changes or redesign requests may attract additional charges
⚡ Express Delivery Services
- Express or same-day services involve priority work
- Additional charges apply
- These charges are non-refundable
🛑 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after work begins
- Minor variations in handmade embroidery
- Fabric damage after delivery
- Delay caused by late customer approvals or changes
