At Riha Boutique, every outfit is carefully crafted to your personal measurements and design preferences. Because of the custom nature of our work, please read this policy carefully.

🧵 Custom Tailoring Policy

All our services involve custom stitching and handmade work.

Therefore:

  • Once stitching or embroidery work has started, cancellation is not possible
  • Refunds are generally not applicable for custom-made outfits

💵 Advance Payments

  • Advance payments may be collected for designer, bridal, or embroidery work
  • This confirms your booking and materials allocation
  • Advance amounts are non-refundable once work begins

⏰ Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you cancel before stitching begins, we may review the request on a case-by-case basis.

Any refund (if approved) will be at the discretion of Riha Boutique.

👗 Fitting & Alteration Policy

  • Trial fittings are provided (if agreed) to ensure comfort and fit
  • Minor fitting corrections are included if reported immediately
  • Major changes or redesign requests may attract additional charges

⚡ Express Delivery Services

  • Express or same-day services involve priority work
  • Additional charges apply
  • These charges are non-refundable

🛑 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after work begins
  • Minor variations in handmade embroidery
  • Fabric damage after delivery
  • Delay caused by late customer approvals or changes
